These terms of service apply to the use of services provided by Barberwise B.V.

1. Definitions

• Barberwise: Barberwise B.V., established in the Netherlands
• Service: The software and services offered by Barberwise
• User: Anyone who uses the Service
• Account: Your personal access to the Service

2. Use of the Service

2.1 You need an account to use the Service.

2.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2.3 You may only use the Service for legal purposes.

2.4 You may not:

• Distribute harmful software
• Misuse or overload the Service
• Violate others’ rights
• Spread misleading information

3. Accounts and Payments

3.1 Some features require a paid subscription.

3.2 Prices are in euros and exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.

5. Availability

6.2 You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

7. Liability

7.1 Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

7.2 We are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Termination

8.1 You can cancel your account at any time.

8.2 We can terminate your account if you violate these terms.

9. Changes

9.1 We may change these terms.

9.2 We announce significant changes 30 days in advance.

10. Applicable Law

10.1 Dutch law applies to these terms.

10.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
