Smarter booking and scheduling

Appointments

• When you add an appointment, the right location and barber are now filled in automatically, based on where you start in the calendar.
• When you reschedule, you only see the days the barber actually works.
• You can now mark a customer as a “no-show” (and undo it), and filter on it in the calendar.
• Services can be set per barber, so the right services belong to the right team member.

Online booking

• Customers can no longer book outside your opening hours, in the past, or too far ahead.
• Times in the booking widget now show in the location’s own timezone.
• Customers can now reschedule an appointment on the same day too.
• Available times are shown more reliably; no more empty screens when picking a new date.

Customer emails

• Every email is now easy to read in dark mode, with the right Barberwise colors.
• Customers automatically get an “appointment updated” email when an appointment is moved.

Statistics & customers

• Statistics no longer break on an invalid date range; they just fall back to the default view.
• Team members can no longer see each other’s earnings.
