Configurable reminders

Reminders

• You now decide when customers get an email reminder, per location.
• For recurring appointments you can set a payment deadline, so customers pay on time.

Calendar

• Hours outside working time are dimmed more clearly per barber, and breaks are easier to read.
• When you switch months, the first available time slot is selected automatically.

Online booking

• No barber is pre-selected by default anymore; customers choose for themselves.

Customer emails

• The location’s address in emails is now a clickable map link.
• Common typos in email addresses are now caught.

Appointments

• Scheduling fields stay filled in after you save.
• When you pick a team member, you only see staff assigned to that location.
