Mobile and scheduling fixes

Mobile

• The date and time picker now opens correctly on touch screens — tapping it no longer accidentally submits the form.
• Panels and sheets on mobile now use the full available screen height, including on Safari where the close button was sometimes cut off.
• Owners and managers can now book outside normal opening hours or off the standard slot grid on mobile, just as on desktop.

Appointments

• When you edit a break and reassign it to a different barber, the change now saves correctly.
• The break end time picker now moves in 5-minute steps, matching how appointment times work.
• Dragging to create a new appointment no longer accidentally selects text on the page.

Online booking

• Owners and managers booking on behalf of a customer can now do so outside the standard opening times and slot grid when needed.

Customer details

• Phone numbers are now saved in a standardised format automatically, so search and contact work consistently.
