Appointments

• The calendar now shows day-off banners per barber so you can see at a glance who is unavailable.
• You can see a barber’s current status and their next booking directly on the team overview.
• Appointment creation is more reliable: errors are now shown as clear messages instead of silent failures.
• The time column stays visible when you scroll sideways in day view, so you never lose track of the hour.

Online booking

• The booking widget now hides locations that are not accepting bookings, so customers only see where they can actually book.
• Customers can reschedule or cancel an appointment from their booking confirmation link.
• The widget header lets customers switch between light and dark mode.
• Locations that don’t accept bookings are no longer shown to customers.

Services

• Services now have a color, making it easier to tell them apart in the calendar.
• Duplicate service names are rejected, so your service list stays clean.

Customer emails

• Recurring appointment reminder emails now show the full address and the correct service name.
• All emails now use proper email threading so replies and follow-ups land in the right conversation.
• Dutch translations added for invite, password reset, verification, and recurring-series emails.
• The team invite email no longer includes unnecessary platform description text.

Calendar

• The calendar shows booking indicator dots on day strips, so you can see busy days at a glance.
• A side-by-side view for all barbers in day view makes it easy to compare availability.

Statistics & customers

• Statistics calculations now happen on the server, making the numbers more accurate and the page faster.
• The statistics page is now fully translated — no more English labels mixed in.
