• Product sales on appointments. You can add products to an appointment and track what was sold during a visit.
• Split booking notes. Appointment notes are now split into internal notes (visible only to your team) and treatment notes (the record of what was done).
• Speed variance per employee. If some team members work faster or slower than average, you can now set that per person and per customer — available times adjust automatically.

• Intake forms. You can now collect information from customers before their appointment with a customizable intake form.
• Revenue per region. A new report shows revenue broken down by area, useful if you serve multiple regions.
• Customer search now happens on the server, so searching large customer lists is fast even with hundreds of names.
• The statistics page now shows numbers for the location you are viewing, not a mix of all locations.

Account security

• Two-factor authentication. You can now secure your account with a TOTP authenticator app (such as 1Password or Google Authenticator) or a passkey. Organization owners can also require two-factor for all staff members.
